When doctors meet with their patients to review their physical condition prior to surgery, they fill out a form on their iPad using the FormConnect Pro+ app. The form often contains an image (see below) that they are able to annotate on with a color marker to document where the patient is experiencing pain. This form/document can then serve as a permanent record for the doctor so that he or she can review it prior to surgery.
