FormConnect Pro and Pro Plus: Enhanced Home Screen and Email Export in v3.4.3
We’re thrilled to announce the release of version 3.4.3 for FormConnect Pro and FormConnect Pro Plus! This free update, now available on the App Store, brings a refreshed home screen for improved navigation and significantly expands email export capabilities.
Streamlined Home Screen:
Experience a more intuitive workflow with our redesigned home screen. Key functions are now readily accessible in the left-hand menu:
- Form Management: Easily create new forms and folders, view existing forms, and manage tagged records.
- iCloud Settings (Pro Plus): Control iCloud syncing status, resync, and disable syncing as needed.
- Data Management: Access backup, restore, and data transfer options, including the crucial “Recover Deleted Forms” feature.
- Help Resources: Find help documentation, tips, and contact support, all in one convenient location.
Expanded Email Export Options:
We’ve listened to your feedback and dramatically improved the email export functionality. You now have the flexibility to choose your preferred email client:
- Apple Mail: Continue using the default iOS mail app.
- Gmail: Send exported forms directly through your Gmail account.
- Outlook: Export via your Outlook email client.
If you select Gmail or Outlook, we will embed a url link included in the body of the email message. When the user that receives the email clicks on the url, it will take them to our website where the file will be available for them to download to their local computing device.This selection is also available when configuring auto-export settings, giving you complete control over your data sharing.
