A common question is can I share the form templates that I create with others or do I have to create them on each iPad running FormConnect? The answer is you can create the form once and share it with as many FormConnect users as you like. When exporting a form, you can choose between exporting the form (template) or the record created.
It’s probably a good idea to lock the template so that it cannot be modified by others but sharing is as easy emailing or uploading the form to a cloud based service such as Dropbox.
