As we approach the end of 2012, there are a couple of things to keep in mind when planning for the new year with your FormConnect app.
1. Backup your records to a cloud based service such as Dropbox. Storing your records in the cloud is a good idea if you no longer have a need to access those records regularly and reduces the size of the database running on the iPad. You can backup all of your records at one time to simplify the process.
2. Clone your form templates to distinguish the 2012 database from 2013 database. Some people prefer to maintain separate databases on a yearly basis. This is not a requirement but might be preferable if you like to manage your customer activity in a 12 month cycle.
