A certification of performance is a type of examination validating a mechanical instrument has passed a test certifying its operational functionality. The results of this examination are usually documented on a paper form which can now be transformed onto an iPad using the FormConnect app (see below). Serial numbers, certification numbers, dates and measurements can be entered on the form with a checkbox indicating a pass or fail score.
