Occasionally we get asked whether we have access to customer data collected within the FormConnect app? The answer is No. We do not have access to any of the data collected. All information is stored locally on the iPad and cannot be accessed remotely. You can export the records and save them to a cloud based storage solution (Dropbox) but only you would have access to the stored data.
