If you work in a business where multiple people need access to a form or a completed customer record, it’s best to store these documents in a cloud based service such as Dropbox. Then, everyone will have access to these documents at the click of a button. Dropbox is also useful for backing up your master templates. If your iPad gets stolen or the form gets deleted, you will have a backup copy that is immediately available.
