There is a new form setting that was added to the FormConnect Pro app (v1.6) that automates the exporting of records. The form setting can be configured to automate the exporting by email or through Dropbox. You can specify which file format to export (FMC, PDF, CSV, XML, HTML), the email address, subject and default file directory when uploading.
The export process begins when you tap on the arrow icon, select the record(s) to export and tap on the export button.
