Using The iPad to Go Paperless

Most businesses continue to use paper documents in their daily jobs especially when interacting with their customers. Doctors ask patients to fill out forms related to their health history. Real estate agents ask clients to fill out contracts that require signatures. Service repair technicians document the job they perform and provide copies to their customers.

This is just the first step in the processing of this paper document. In many cases, this document will be copied, faxed, printed and scanned. But what if many of these tasks could be replaced with a paperless solution?

When tablets and specifically the iPad were introduced, the digital equivalent of the paper document was introduced. You now had the ability to carry around a mobile computer that was the size and shape of a paper document. By utilizing mobile apps running on this tablet, you now could store all of your paper documents on this device and go paperless for the first time.

Below are some examples of how our mobile app (FormConnect) has replaced the paper form when used on an iPad.
