When designing a form, the checkbox field is a very effective way to describe what is being asked for when filling out a form. Tap once on the checkbox and a blue tick (check) appears. Both the FormConnect and FormConnect Pro apps have the ability to create checkbox fields. The FormConnect Pro app also has the ability to make the checkbox field a “required field” so that if you don’t fill it out, you cannot save the record.
