Another advantage of using an iPad is the ability to capture signatures. In the example below, a consent form has been created that requires the client’s signature before a doctor can share their health information with another doctor. All that was required was for the iPad to be handed to the patient and have them sign the document. The form was then converted to a PDF and emailed to the referring doctor.
