Apple announced some new iPhones recently. These new iPhones (iPhone XS, iPhone XR and iPhone XS Max) have different screen sizes (5.5 inch, 6.1 inch and 6.5 inch) and will require us to update our FormConnect apps to adjust to these new formats. If you are planning on buying one of them, rest assured that we will be releasing an update in the next week or two that will be compatible with all three models. The iPhone XS and iPhone Max are scheduled to ship on September 21 and the iPhone XR is scheduled to ship on October 26th.
Apple also announced that iOS 12 will ship on October 17th. During our testing, we have found the FormConnect and FormConnect Pro apps to be compatible with iOS 12. If you run into any issues, please contact us by phone or email and we will address these issues just as soon as possible.
