The FormConnect apps serve three purposes: Form Design, Data Collection and Form Sharing.
Form Design – You can customize and design a form the way you want it to look. You can add text fields, dates, check boxes, drop down lists, radio buttons, photos, signature boxes and many other customize settings.
Data Collection – You can use your iPad or iPhone to fill out the form that you designed. The data collected will be stored in a database and can be easily accessed at any time.
Form Sharing – After a form has been filled out, it can be shared with your customer or with your office staff by exporting it into a PDF document.
