A dropdown is a special field type that contains a list of data entries that can be selected by tapping on the blue arrow to fill out a form. The number of items in the list can be as long or short as you desire. The advantage of a dropdown field is that it saves space on the form and is easy to scroll through to select the item that you wish to enter.
