There are several things you can do to protect your forms from being modified. These include various locking features that I will describe below.
Lock the Form – The lock icon when pressed prevents any alteration of the data entered onto the form.
Lock the Signature – The lock icon when pressed prevents the signature from being altered.
Lock the Form Designer – Enabling this setting prevents other users from modifying the layout of the form.
