Many times you need to visit the same customer multiple times and would prefer not to have to enter certain data again. For example, customer contact information usually does not change and it would easier if you could just clone this data rather than have to manually enter it again.
There is a clone a record setting where you can configure a field on the form where the data entered onto this field will be cloned when you create a new record.
