This privacy policy provides information on how the FormConnect Pro+ app collects and stores data.

Information Collected Using the FormConnect Pro+ app:

When you use the FormConnect ProPlus website, any data collected is stored locally on the device (Pad, iPhone, Mac) and is only accessible by the owner of that device/account. FormConnections, Inc. does not have access to this data.

If you choose to backup or sync your data using Apple’s iCloud, no employees with FormConnections, Inc. has access to this data.

How does the App Access, Use, and Store Data:

The FormConnect Pro+ app requests access to Google, Dropbox, Box and OneDrives’ data for the purpose of displaying it to the user from within our app. The app requires access to the user’s profile and home directory. The user profile is for displaying the user’s name on the document export screen. Access to the home directory is so we can display the user’s directory structure so they can navigate to the directory they wish to upload their documents.

Information That Can Be Shared Using The FormConnect Pro+ app:

If the user chooses, he or she can export the data collected via the FormConnect Pro+ app into a file format (pdf, csv, xml, html, fmc) that can be shared with other users. This data can be transmitted via email or uploaded to a cloud file service such as iCloud, Dropbox, Box, Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive. During the exporting of this data, FormConnections, Inc. does not have access to this data.

Data Retention:

Data is collected and stored within the app running locally on the mobile device. Only the user has access to this data. At any time they have the ability to delete this data.

Data Sharing:

FormConnections, Inc. does not share, transfer, or disclose any user data with third-parties.

User Authentication and Authorization:

We implement strong user authentication mechanisms like multi-factor authentication (MFA) to verify user identities before granting access. Authorization controls then determine what actions users can perform on the data (read, write, modify, etc.).

GDPR Compliance:

For the purposes of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 or GDPR, FormConnections, Inc. is not servicing as either a data processor or data controller. FormConnect Pro+ app provides the means for you to serve that role and it’s your responsibility to get your customer’s consent before collecting any personal data.
