After designing a form and creating photo fields, be sure to check your iOS privacy settings to confirm that the FormConnect app has access to the photo library and the camera. These settings need to be turned ON in order for photos to be inserted into the form. They are usually set to ON by default, but if you’re experiencing problems with your camera, the privacy settings are the first place to check.
