Several people have inquired recently about how to aggregate records into a single form. A typical scenario is where you have several people in the field filling out forms and then emailing them back to HQ. The key is to make one iPad the master and not allow the other iPads to modify the form. This ensures that everybody is working off of the same form and when it is filled out and emailed back, all records will be aggregated into one database.
The procedure for assuring that everyone is working off the same master form is as follows:
1. Set the “Lock the form designer upon exporting the form” to ON.
2. Export the form and select the option “Form Only”.
3. Email the form to all recipients.
