If you have an image stored in your iPad’s photo library, you can import that image onto the form and then annotate on top of it using your finger or a pen stylus. To do this requires creating two fields, an image field and a notes field and then layering the notes field on top of the image field. A drawing icon will then display and when you tap on it, you will be able to draw or annotate on top of the image.
