One of the new features coming to iOS 15 in September is FaceTime Share Play. It allows two iOS users to interact with each other by sharing their screens. This will be a feature that we intend to use when providing technical support to our customers. Previously, answering technical questions was handled via email or over the phone. This works most of the time, but sometimes it’s necessary to view the customer’s screen in order to resolve a problem. Now, with FaceTime Share Play, we will be able to interact with our customer over the Internet and have a voice call and view their screen at the same time. We will be able to view the FormConnect app on their iPad or iPhone and see the problem that they are experiencing. We will then be able to instruct them with the necessary steps to take to resolve the problem.
