It’s highly recommended that you back up forms and the customer records that you have entered on a regular basis. Check you iPad settings to make sure that FormConnect is setup to backup your data.
You might also want to consider getting a Dropbox account (it’s free) and backing up your records to this cloud service as well. I find restoring records from Dropbox is much easier and quicker than iCloud.
