There are two ways to back up all the records that you have added to the FormConnect app.
1. Apple’s iCloud.
2. Dropbox
The iCloud approach is your traditional backup solution. iCloud backs up all of your apps and data on your iPad or iPhone and stores them in the cloud. When you need to restore from an iCloud backup, you are presented with the three most recent backups. Depending upon how often you back up (every day, every week, every month) will dictate how recent or far back you can restore from.
The Dropbox approach exports just the app’s form and records. When you need to restore a form, you launch the Dropbox app, highlight the form and open it in the FormConnect app.
