The FormConnect Pro app has a features that allows you to calculate the number of days between two dates. In the sample form below, the age of an individual is calculated by taking the “Incident Date” and subtracting the person’s “Date of Birth” and dividing by 365 days. The formula entered in the Age field is (A1-A8)/365 which results in the person’s age of 34.
