Checking App Store For Software Updates

A customer ran into a problem recently where they were sent a form from another employee but could not open it. The error message is displayed below.

The reason why the form would not open is because he was running an older version of FormConnect. The version 1.6.0.1 is displayed in the lower right corner. The latest version is v1.7.3 and was not compatible with the version the other employee was running. Once the customer checked the App Store for an update and downloaded v1.7.3, the problem went away.
