Collaborating With Other Employees

Some of us will be working from home but we still need to interact with other individuals within our company. We sometimes need access to customer data or share information regarding a job or task that we are performing.

For example, one person might have answered a phone call and scheduled the customer appointment, then relayed that information to the service technician who would go onsite and perform some service. After completing the job, the technician would write up a service ticket using the FormConnect apps and forward it onto his supervisor. The supervisor would review/approve the service ticket and forward it onto the Accounting Department for billing.

Anytime during this workflow process, the receptionist, service technician, supervisor or accountant may need to interact with one another to confirm some information entered on a service ticket. To support this type of remote interaction, the FormConnect apps includes several ways for people to share and collaborate. They can share data between multiple users and auto sync forms between multiple devices (iPads and iPhones).

Working from home or on a job site does not mean you cannot continue to stay in contact with your home office. The FormConnect apps allows you to collaborate with other employees and share data remotely.
