A company hired to conduct a traffic survey is using the FormConnect Pro app for collecting data while observing people on the street. They have created an interesting looking form in that they have broken up the various types of data they are interested in collecting with a vertical dotted line and bold category labels. The first observation – pedestrian or bicyclist determines which side of the form to fill out.
