A small company that does excavation type work has modified one of the sample templates to create an “Estimate” form using the FormConnect app. The form includes fields for entering the customer contact information, the quantity and description of the work to be performed, the price and the customer signature.
Once the form is completed, the contractor creates a PDF and shares this document with the subcontractors that he will be working with on the project. There is also a separate page for taking photos that can be used to provide greater detail if necessary.
