There are a myriad number of ways to design a form using the FormConnect Pro app. The grid layout is one format where you create rows and columns for entering data. The advantage of this type of form is that you can view an entire record by glancing from left to right.
Below is an example of a form created using the grid layout. Note that the horizontal and vertical lines are optional and are used for cosmetic purposes.
