Most sales people need to provide their management with a weekly sales report of their daily activity. One of our customers decided to use FormConnect for that purpose (see below). The sales report is broken down by date and is in paragraph format. While page 2 could easily have been created in a word processing application, page 1 allows you to set up columns, dates and multi-line text fields.
