I am writing this to you to highlight and celebrate FormConnect! K.E.E.P. (Kids Educational Enrichment Program) is a non-profit organization serving over 450 children in as many as 24 locations! Because we are non-profit, we are particularly concerned with getting the most bang for the buck, as it were. I am the CEO of this company and I recently transitioned our technology over to Apple. I didn’t order Ipads right away though because I was not sure of the value and utilization of them in our work environment. Wow and holy smokes, Batman! Just from inputting one form, I have saved over 49,000 pieces of paper in one year. That is nearly 10 cases of paper at an average cost of $35/case, or $350! 3 of us had Ipads and I immediately purchased 3 more! Don’t misunderstand, I love the product, but it’s true value did not come to light until the incorporation of your app! The original form created was an evaluation tool for my management team to utilize during their site visits. Your App, FormConnect, afforded us the opportunity to streamline and have accessible, everyone’s reports in a single location. It allowed my staff to quit lugging around heavy notebooks, and, it positioned me to look even further into potential benefits. Since that time, I have created our expense reports and requests for reimbursement, our timesheets, our benefit tracking, our Board Approval forms, and I have so much more I want to do. Insofar as the cost of the paper? This is kind of important because not only are we being more environmentally responsible by eliminating large quantities of paper in our process, but the savings alone nearly pay for the Ipads themselves! I am so very excited about FormConnect becoming such an intimate part of our daily work lives that I just had to reach out and let you know.
