Many people don’t realize that creating a form is more than just going paperless by entering data on a screen. It’s a way to promote your company by including your company logo and your contact information. But it is also a way to highlight services that you provide and to describe any issues that you want your customer to be aware of prior to beginning work.
In the sample form displayed below, the logo and the contact information are prominently displayed at the top of the form. The email address and the company website are also displayed with a highlighted url that can be clicked on. Further down the form, four bullet points are listed highlighting the benefits that the sealcoating provides. Lastly, at the bottom of the form in a red color for further emphasis, the customer is made aware of any issues that may occur after the service is provided.
