There are two ways to dispatch forms to field personnel. The first way is to have the dispatcher to fill out a portion of the form (contact information) and then email it to the service technician and let him fill out the rest of the form after he has completed the job. The second way is to have the dispatcher email a blank form to the service technician and have him fill it out the entire form after the job is completed.
