The FormConnect app supports the ability to export a form in multiple formats (FMC, PDF, CSV, XML, HTML) but the FormConnect Pro app allows you to export the form in multiple formats at once. Why would you need to export the form in multiple formats? These file formats serve different purposes. For example, the FMC format is to be used to modify the contents entered into the form. The PDF format is to be used for sharing with customers or storing on a server and the CSV format would be used to extract the data and import it into an Excel spreadsheet.
One person potentially could need a form exported in all three formats. Rather than export the form three times, it could be sent once if the form settings are configured appropriately.
