The FormConnect and FormConnect Pro apps both allow you to take and insert photos into the forms that you have created. You can layout the photos on the form anyway you like and there is no limit to how many photos you can take. Prior to taking your first photo, make sure that the iOS settings are enabled to allow the app to access the camera.
