There are certain scenarios where two employees can be working on the same customer project together. Under those circumstances, it’s not unusual for both employees to need to be filling out the same form but different sections at once. For example, three people are working on a construction project and need to fill out different sections of a form. One is a carpenter, the other is an electrician and the third is a plumber. All three could share the iPad and fill out the form one at a time or each of them could have their own iPad with FormConnect on it and export/import the form back and forth so that each person has the latest change. Neither of these solutions is optional. The better solution entails each user subscribing to Pro+ so all three can collaborate on the same form and sync the data back and forth when anyone of them makes a change keeping them all in sync.
The only requirement is that all three iPads have an Internet connection and an iCloud (AppleID) account.
