Exporting multiple forms at once say in the pdf format will generate a large number of files that need to be transferred. To reduce the size of these files and speed up the export process, there is a form setting called “Zip PDF records.” Zipping allows the compression of the data contained within these files and thus saves time and disk space when transferring the forms.
