If a form contains images (photos, logos, signatures, etc.) and you export it into the CSV file format, the images will display in a binary format (1’s and 0’s) and will not be able to be read by programs such as Microsoft Excel when imported. To prevent this from occurring, it is recommended that you do the following:
1. Change the Form Setting “Embed images as data for CSV and XML to OFF. This will convert the photo images into separate jpg image files so they won’t be included in the CSV file.
