The Charleston Fire Department uses the FormConnect app for documenting fire damage. Photos are taken of both the interior and exterior of the home. The photos include a text description of what was observed and may include color annotation to draw greater attention to the problem area. One other feature of the FormConnect app is the ability to enlarge the size of the photo to provide greater detail of what has been observed.
