The FormConnect app provides you with great flexibility when creating a form. From the types of fields you select (text, photos, drop-downs, etc.) to the freedom to arrange the fields on the form the way you want it to look. No two forms are alike. Everybody’s taste are different and the FormConnect app caters to that need by allowing you to design your forms the way you want them to look.
Lets look at this client form below. I’m going to highlight two pages. Page 1 is organized so that it reads left-to- right. The top portion contains mostly contact information while the middle and bottom half of the form is organized to prompt for data that is collected while onsite. Page 4 is organized for text input. Seven paragraphs of notes are organized vertically with the appropriate heading so that typed text can be easily entered.
