One of our customers figured out a clever way to use the radio button field to create a 10 point rating system for their supervisors to fill out when evaluating the work that is being performed on a job site. They did this by entering 10 unique values in a radio button field and then replicating this field 12 times and then changing the field label (concrete, masonry, steel, etc.).
