Many people view the FormConnect app as a form designer but that’s only one of it’s features. It’s primary purpose is to collect data using the form that you created. This form can be used everyday for a variety of reasons. An examination, an interview, a survey, an inspection, a service report, etc. Each time you fill out that form, you create a digital record. A digital record is the equivalent of a paper record that you store in a file cabinet. These records are displayed on the left frame of the app and are listed in alphabetical order so that you can quickly access them.
