The FormConnect app is being used to perform onsite environmental safety inspections. The inspectors are checking for asbestos and other environmental hazards. They’ve created a 35 page report (see below) that they filled out as they perform their walkthrough. The report contains a series of questions that include radio buttons, dropdown items, photos and text boxes for documenting their findings.
