A local government official (city inspector) is using our FormConnect app to inspect the quality of meat before it is sold to the public. The form (see below) includes a photo of the piece of beef being inspected and a bunch of items that are to be evaluated. What I like about this form is the picture (beef) is where your eye focuses first and then you scan up and then down for more detail.
