The FormConnect and FormConnect Pro apps support four different ways to enter data on a form that you create. These include the following:
1. Virtual Keyboard – Used for data input when you don’t have an external keyboard or when you are standing and a keyboard would be impractical.
2. External Keyboard – You can use a 3rd party bluetooth keyboard or the Apple Smart keyboard
3. Pen Input – You can use a 3rd party pen stylus or the Apple Pencil to sign documents, annotate photos or create simple drawings.
4. Voice Input – All iPads starting with the iPad 3 comes with dictation support and can now be used for entering text into a field on the form.
