With the introduction of the v3.3.3 of the FormConnect app, we made a small behavior change that occurs when you open a form. It no longer displays the first record in the list but displays a blank form. There were two reasons why we made this change.
1. You can immediately enter data entry mode and create a new record without having to tap on the plus (+) button.
2. Displaying the first record is not that helpful as most users have hundreds of records so the likelihood that this 1st record record would be the one you want to view is very small.
