Attention iOS 5 and iOS 6 Users:
FormConnect v1.6 requires iOS 7 or later. If you are running iOS 5 or iOS 6, do not upgrade to this version. We will be releasing FormConnect v1.6.0.1 later this week that will work with these earlier versions of iOS. If you have already upgraded to FormConnect v1.6, do one of the following:
1. Upgrade to iOS 7.1.
2. Wait until we release FormConnect v1.6.01 later this week.
3. Restore from iCloud and revert back to FormConnect v1.5.9.
