FormConnections, Inc. is pleased to announce the release of FormConnect v1.5. It includes the following new features:
- Text Formatting – When you create a text label, you can now bold, italicize, and color the text. This will be helpful when you want to create a title that is separate from the field names on the form. In addition, you can now choose from three different font types (Arial, Time Roman and Courier) to select from.
- Field Alignment – Left, Right and Center Justify Field Content.
- A default font size setting – You can now change the default font size from 14.5 inch to any size you want.
- Field Calculations – A new text field type (Calculation) is now available that creates a formula menu bar where you can enter a formula associated with a field to calculate the value between two or more fields. This will be helpful when creating invoices, timecards, sales orders, etc. The formula bar support the addition, subtraction, multiplication and division and uses the following computation symbols: (+ – * /).
Field calculations is available to existing FormConnect users as an In App upgrade option. The upgrade price is $4.99 (US dollars).
