A government agency has created a form for auditing a food control plan using the FormConnect Pro app. The form contains six checkboxes (Performing, Conforming, Non-Conforming, Non-Compliance, Critical Non-Compliance, and N/A) that the auditor can tick from to select his choice. Above the checkboxes is text legend that describes the audit category and what the auditor is to inspect.
