Several times a month, we get a request from a customer to recover a record that was accidentally deleted. To be clear, we do not have the ability to recover a record that was deleted. The reason is because we do not have access to your data. If you are using the FormConnect or FormConnect Pro apps, your records are stored locally on your iPad or iPhone and there is not a way to recover these files if they are deleted. However, if you are using the FormConnect Pro+ app, your records are stored locally and synced to Apple’s iCloud servers. If the record gets deleted, we flag the file as “Deleted” but retain a copy just in case you ever need to retrieve it. Below is a screenshot of how to restore a deleted record. Just tap on the circle with the three dots and then tap on the “Restore Deleted Records” option.
